Text reminders with reply to confirm
Clients can confirm, reschedule or cancel by replying to a text.
The 24 hour reminder text now asks the client to reply C to confirm or R to reschedule. A reply of R sends them a link with the next open times.
Confirmed bookings show a tick on the team week, so the front desk knows which gaps might open up.
