Privacy policy
Last updated September 1, 2026. This policy explains what Perch Scheduling, Inc. collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Account details you give us: name, work email, organization and billing details for paid plans.
Calendar data: free and busy times from the calendars you connect. We do not read or store event titles, attendees or descriptions of events Perch did not create.
Booking data: the name, email, phone number and answers your clients give when they book. This is your data. We process it only to run Perch for you.
How we use it
To show open times, create bookings, send confirmations and reminders, and keep the service secure.
We do not sell personal data, we do not show ads, and we do not use booking data to train AI models.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host and run Perch, such as cloud hosting, email and text delivery and payment processing, under contracts that limit use to our instructions.
The tools you connect, such as Zoom, HubSpot or Stripe, only with the data each connection needs.
How long we keep it
Bookings are kept until you delete them or close your workspace. Closed workspaces are deleted 30 days after closure.
Billing records are kept for 7 years to meet tax law.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, export or delete personal data from your settings, or by emailing hello@getperch.app.
Clients who booked with one of our customers can ask that customer, or us, to delete their details.
