You may use Perch to publish booking pages and manage bookings for your organization. You are responsible for the people you invite and for the content of your pages.

Do not use Perch to send messages people did not ask for or to collect data you are not allowed to collect.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, per bookable person. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades apply at renewal.

Text message volumes above your plan are billed at $0.02 per message, and we tell you before that happens.

Your data

You own your booking data. You can export it at any time. We process it only to provide Perch, as described in our privacy policy.

Availability

We aim for 99.9 percent monthly uptime and publish incidents on our status page. Practice plans get service credits if we miss it.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms after notice, unless the risk to others requires immediate action.
